Now, you may be wondering to yourself, “What are affirmations? and how can affirmations possibly help, let alone change one’s life?   

WHAT ARE AFFIRMATIONS?

Affirmations are a powerful way to improve your mindset on a daily basis.  Affirmation activates substance and releases it into visible form. Research has shown that they can increase your feelings of self-worth and have the power to transform your life.  I have been writing and using affirmations for many years.  I was asked why?  and I responded saying, “because I liked the way they sounded, and they gave me a good vibe.   

Writing affirmations daily was a delight.  Writing them down, and speaking them out loud with feeling, changes the energy within you.   I am happy to share with you some of my favorites.  I hope they will brighten, enlighten, and heighten your life and relationships, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically and financially.

Affirmations were the perfect prescription for my health and success.  There are so many inspiring affirmative scriptures in the bible.  I am blessed and highly favored because of God’s inspired word you can be to.
