Now, you may be wondering to yourself, “What are affirmations? and how can affirmations possibly help, let alone change one’s life?   

Affirmations are a powerful way to improve your mindset on a daily basis.  Research has shown that they can increase your feelings of self-worth and have the power to transform your life.  I have been writing and using affirmations for many years.  I was asked why?  and I responded saying, “because I liked the way they sounded” repeating them gave me a good vibe.   

Writing affirmations daily was a delight.  I discovered that saying them silently and out loud with feeling, changes the energy within you.   I am happy to share with you some of my favorite affirmations, hoping they will brighten, enlighten, heighten your life and relationships, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically and financially.

 Take Note.  Affirmations were the perfect prescription for my pain, backache, heartache, headache and heart break.  There are so many inspiring affirmative scriptures in the bible.  You’ve got to see and read them for yourself.  I am blessed and highly favored because of God’s inspired word you can be to.
